Ab einem Bestellwert von 100 € versenden wir dein Paket innerhalb Österreichs versandkostenfrei, ansonsten beträgt die Versandpauschale 6,90 €. Nach Deutschland versenden wir ab 200 € kostenfrei, die Pauschale beträgt 9,90 €.
Der Versand erfolgt versichert mit der Österreichischen Post inkl. Tracking/Sendungsverfolgung.
EU & UK
Versandkostenfrei und versichert ab 300 € inkl. Sendungsverfolgung/ free and insured EU and UK-shipping from 300 € incl. tracking.
Ansonsten beträgt die Versandpauschale 15 €, der Versand erfolgt i.d.R. mit der Österreichischen Post und deren Partnerunternehmen inkl. Sendungsverfolgung / shipping for orders up to 300 € costs 15 € – your parcel is tracked and insured with Austrian Post and their contract companies.
Lieferzeit / delivery time
In Österreich beträgt die Lieferzeit i.d.R. 1-2 Werktage. Für EU-Sendungen ist je nach Zielland mit 3-8 Werktagen zu rechnen.
Wir bearbeiten Bestellungen von Montag bis Freitag, Bestellungen von Freitag bis Sonntag werden am Montag versendet.

For Overseas / Non-EU Customers
– we can ship to non-EU countries e.g. Switzerland, UK, Hongkong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, …
– UK customers: you can order through the shop system, prices will be shown excl. VAT once the shipping destination is entered in the cart. Same shipping cost as to EU-countries apply. All documents for customs will be shipped with your parcel.

– we usually dispatch with Österreichische Post and their contract companies, that is usually DHL (shipping time is approx. 8-12 days). The shipping costs to your country are shown as a flat rate in the shopping cart. Please ask for the individual costs.

You may be charged to excise/consumption taxes and fees for customs administration. We have no control over these and cannot predict what they will be. The recipient will be in full responsibility for payment of these taxes and/or charges. Please ask your local customs office to get more information. You are responsible for complying with all legislation in your recipient country. We will not be liable if you break any such law.
Some countries have very strictly rules or laws for receiving shipments with alcohol. By ordering with us, you confirm this rule and you also take the risk as basis of the purchase contract for delivery from the moment, when your order has left the Austrian border and renounce for all claims and compensations, when your shipment does not arrive. On top when your shipment gets damaged during the long transportation you confirm to immediately claim it with the delivery company and ask for a „proof of damage“ or do not take it and turn it back to us. Otherwise, the parcel is not insured and any damage cannot be claimed.
